These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by GLOBAL VISA & TRAVEL SERVICES CENTRE LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) through onlinevisa.uz. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please stop using our services.
The website onlinevisa.uz is a private entity and is not owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by the Government of Uzbekistan or any governmental agency. While we are not affiliated with the Uzbekistan government, our service is designed to simplify the application experience by offering clear guidance, reviewing submitted information for common errors, and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order before submission.
By using our platform, applicants can avoid delays or rejections caused by incomplete or incorrect applications. The service fee charged covers these benefits and is separate from the official government visa fee.
We provide application submission services subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Please note that these times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. The government of Uzbekistan reserves the right to delay, request additional documentation, or deny issuance. We recommend against booking non-refundable travel or accommodations until your application is approved.
Before Submission: A refund may be issued only if the application has not been submitted to Uzbek authorities. Refund eligibility is determined solely by us.
After Submission: As soon as the application is submitted, it becomes non-refundable, regardless of the final decision made by the government.
If the application is refused, delayed, or requires additional verification, we are not responsible for the outcome.
Resubmitting the same application after a decision is strictly not allowed and will be considered non-refundable.
Issued dcouments are granted only to citizens of countries approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and stateless individuals residing in those countries. While GLOBAL VISA & TRAVEL SERVICES CENTRE LTD, provides information in good faith based on data from embassies and consulates, we are not liable for any errors or omissions in this information.
Issued Documents are valid for entry only through authorised international airports and border points designated by the Government of Uzbekistan.
Entry through unauthorised land borders may not be permitted. Exiting Uzbekistan via land borders may be allowed depending on government restrictions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time, with or without notice. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from such changes.
Our responsibility is limited to the processing and delivery of Uzbekistan eVisas.
We do not provide any additional travel documents such as:
Invitation Letters (LOI)
Transit Permits
Special Permissions for land border crossings
Any other supporting travel documentation
Applicants are solely responsible for obtaining any additional documents required by authorities.
Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse these websites and are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from their use. Any transactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
Our fees do not include additional charges that may be imposed by embassies or consulates. Any such fees are the responsibility of the applicant and are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to update service fees at any time.
Applicants with dual or multiple citizenships must apply using the same passport they intend to travel with. Using a different passport for travel invalidates the visa.
We are not responsible for incorrect details entered by the client or applications submitted with inaccurate information.
We reserve the right to refuse any application at our discretion and without providing a reason. We may update these Terms at any time.
We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
All collected data is stored securely for 85 days.
Data is shared only with Uzbek authorities for the purpose of processing the eVisa application.
Applicants may request deletion of their data at: support@onlinevisa.uz
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
